Inspired by the constant wave sound of the sea's ebb and flow at their studio in Tung Tai/Bela Vista, "La Mer" (The Sea) is an immersive audio & video collage which follows the poetic and existential introspection of a man facing the sea, the interactions with his own place, a narration of rhythms between human and natural beats.

Brick, cement, sand, waves, time 磚、水泥、砂、浪、時間
This is a work in progress, spanning nearly three decades of exposure to abrasion by wind, water, and self-doubt. It's a testament to resilience, change, and aging gracefully.
Collaboration
Together, both works express confrontation with the ocean - the power of endless waves eroding human constructions, mental or physical, and rounding even the sharpest of edges.
