Where is the paradise?
"Where is the paradise?" (2016) is a project during my artist-in-residence at “Centre d'Art i Creació de Ses Voltes” at Palma de Mallorca, Spain. I would like to ask the audience to rethink our idea of paradise, as if we have any fixed image or stereotypical concept on it.

《世外桃源在哪兒？》（2016）是我在西班牙馬略卡島 Centre d'Art i Creació de Ses Voltes 進行藝術家駐留計劃時的創作項目。我希望觀眾重新思考，我們對世外桃源的概念，探討我們是否對世外桃源存在固有形象或刻板的觀念。

Wai Kit Lam was born in Hong Kong in 1966. She graduated with an MFA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong (2003) and a BA (Hons) in Fine Art from Goldsmiths, University of London, the United Kingdom (1996). Her media included photography, video art, text, sound and installation. Her research topic comprised identity, human vulnerability, intimacy, and the interrelationship between individuals and the surrounding circumstances.
林慧潔於1966年生。林氏取得香港中文大學純藝術碩士學位（2003）及英國倫敦大學金匠學院純藝術學士學位（1996）。作品媒介為攝影、錄像、文字、聲音及裝置。其研究課題為身分、人性間之脆弱、親密聯繫，以及個體與周遭事物間之互動關係。
